Fall 2019 Nall Speak Off Finalists
Six students were chosen as the Nall Speak Off finalists in the fall 2019 competition. These students were nominated by their peers to represent their public speaking classes in the Nall Speak Off Competition that took place Wednesday, Nov. 13. Nineteen students participated in the competition.

Nineteen students participated in the fall 2019 Nall Speak Off. The Nall Speak Off is a public speaking competition held once per semester. Participants are chosen by their peers to represent their public speaking class in the competition.

Kasey Paez Presents at 2019 Apeiron Showcase
Kasey Paez presented at the 2019 Apeiron Showcase at Washburn University. Paez's presentation, titled "Trauma and Conflict Resolution in Colombia," discussed her experience studying abroad in Colombia. Apeiron is an annual event that allows students to showcase their research, scholarship, creative activities and community engagement activities.

Washburn University Announces Winners of 2018 Business Plan Competition
Washburn University is proud to announce the winners of the 2018 Business Plan Competition. The competition is for any Washburn University or Washburn Tech student to present their original business idea to a panel. Students can enter as individuals or teams. The top five entries win cash prizes.
